These terms apply when you book an in-room treatment with Petit Massage & Rituals, operated by Maegan Doolittle Studios LLC, West Hollywood, California, and when you exchange text messages with our booking line.

SMS Terms

Program: Petit Massage & Rituals booking messages.

What you will receive: messages about your own booking only. A reply confirming we received your request, confirmation of your appointment, a secure link to pay your deposit and complete your consent form, a reminder of our cancellation policy, and a receipt after your treatment. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

How you opt in: by texting our booking line first, including from the tap to text button or QR code on our booking page, or by telling us on a call that we may text you.

Message frequency varies with your booking, typically four to eight messages per appointment.

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

To stop: reply STOP to any message. You will receive one final message confirming you are unsubscribed. Reply START to resume.

For help: reply HELP, or email Jetsetbodywork@gmail.com.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our booking line may be answered by an automated assistant, which will say so.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Booking and payment

  • Your appointment is confirmed once a therapist is confirmed and your deposit is paid. Nothing is charged before that.
  • A 50 percent deposit by card secures the appointment. The balance is settled after your treatment, by the card on file or in cash to your therapist. Nothing is billed to your room.
  • Gratuities are welcome and go entirely to your therapist.

Changes, cancellations and no shows

  • Changes and cancellations are free up to 24 hours before your appointment.
  • Inside 24 hours, or if we cannot reach you within 15 minutes of your start time, the treatment is charged in full to the card on file.
  • A treatment that starts late because the guest was not ready ends at its scheduled time.

Your treatment

  • Treatments are for adults aged 18 and over, and are therapeutic only. You will be draped throughout.
  • Please complete the health form honestly. Your therapist may adapt or decline a treatment for your safety.
  • A therapist may end a treatment at any time if they feel unsafe or if conduct is inappropriate. In that case the treatment is charged in full.
  • Therapists are independent, professionally certified and insured.
