How it works
Five steps, most of them ours.
- Text or call us with your name, room number, the length you would like and a preferred time.
- We confirm your therapist and time within the hour. Nothing is charged until then.
- A 50 percent deposit by card secures your appointment, with a short health form so your therapist arrives prepared.
- Your therapist checks in at the front desk and knocks about five minutes before your start time.
- The balance is settled after your treatment, by the card on file or in cash to your therapist. Gratuities are welcome and go entirely to your therapist.
Changes and cancellations are free up to 24 hours before your appointment. Inside 24 hours, or if we cannot reach you within 15 minutes of your start time, the treatment is charged in full. Your therapist is professionally certified and insured; you will be draped throughout. Nothing is billed to your room.
